Heartfelt Christmas

This week on the Heartfelt Creations blog, I have a layout to share with the new Festive Christmas line.

I have used two of the background sheets for this. I have fussy cut each of the flower and lantern elements and then layered them over the original image to create some more dimension. I then added the ornaments from another page and popped them up on foam tape. I also used lots of stickles on this layout for all the tiny details, so it shimmers really nicely.

If you are thinking about getting started on Christmas cards anytime soon, then I would strongly suggest that you head over to the blog to see lots of stunning examples from the team, including a really gorgeous tag from Joanne.

Now, I probably shouldn't say anything yet, but if you love this range like I do, and would like some help making some lovely Christmas cards, and you are in the Brisbane area, you may like to stay tuned for some news coming up soon.

Last, but not least, thanks so much to those people who have left me messages saying they have voted for my work for Heartfelt as part of the new DT call. It doesn't determine exactly who gets back in, but it lets the admin team know that mine is a style you would like to keep seeing. I appreciate everyone's support. If you haven't voted yet and would like to, you still can, just follow this link: VOTING LINK   There are 9 days left to vote, and you can even win a gift voucher for your troubles.
