Autumn layouts for Best Creation.

Meanwhile, I heard from a few people here in Australia that they have never heard of Best Creation before, so I thought it might be good to find out some places that you can get BC from here. I'm sure there are more, but I know that these places definitely have some Best Creation stock, and if you want it, and your LSS doesn't have any, then just ask them about getting it in. If you know if a shop that has it, but isn't listed here, let me know and I will add them to the list.

Scrapping Outback Design Team

So, I was asked by Rach and San over at Scrapping Outback to be a guest designer for September, I really enjoyed my time there, and they must have liked my stuff as they have asked me to stay on for another 6 months, which of course I said yes to.

This month I was asked to work with the 5 product challenge kit:

First Best Creation projects

My first projects have now been up on the Best Creation blog. The first collection we have been asked to work with is Autumn Splendour. It's very pretty so full of glitter, but th best part is that the glitter is embossed onto the papers so they will not come off all over your desk.

Guest designer for Scrapping Outback.

This month I am the guest designer for Scrapping Outback. I got a great Fancy Pants boy kit to work with, and came up with these layouts.

Also, I was to set a challenge: Your challenge is to create a boy themed layout, BUT as an added twist, you must add some sparkle to your layout without compromising the masculine theme of your page.

Some Scrapping Outback layouts

Just updating with a few layouts I have done for challenges over at Scrapping Outback where I am guest designing next month.

This one is for the white with 1 challenge. You can only use white and one other colour (being red this month)

These ones are for the monthly Challenge You kit. I've used these papers before, but they are so bright and pretty.

eta: I have just noticed that my apostrophe sticker fell off the title before I photographed this, so please excuse what appears to be poor grammar.

An exciting email

I was very pleased to get an email this morning, to say that I have made it onto the Best Creations design team. For those of you who may not know them, they are a US manufacturer, and make really cute glittered papers. There are 14 of us on the team, and 8 are international, so that's pretty cool. I'm looking forward to getting to know the rest of them team, and getting started with their products. Should be fun.

More recent stuff

This week was the final round of the Embellish this competition. I was a bit surprised to make it through, as I didn't go much on the challenge last week. It was a good challenge, but just not at all my style.

Will find out tomorrow who has won overall.

I made a birthday cake layout as a pop up.


This was my mixed media mini album from last week, which was a ridiculous amount of work. It's all hand stitched, painted, inked etc, etc..
