CHA layouts

Not only was Laura lucky enough to go to CHA last week, AND win a bunch of very cool Making Memories prizes, but she took the time to take a picture of my layouts at The Crafters Workshop booth in case I wanted to see. Here's my little piece of fame for the year. Thanks Laura:)

Photography blog

I have started doing some online photography classes in an attempt to learn to use our camera properly. I have also started doing a couple of photography challenges over at 2peas, so I have set up another blog just for my photos. The elusive smile

Cameron has been smiling for quite a while now, but it's been really tricky catching it with the camera. This is the closest I have gotten so far, plus another one that turned out to be a pretty nice photo. Of course, the smile is cuter than that really. Will keep trying to get better photos.

CHA sneek peek.

I'm a couple of days later than I said I would be, but here you are non the less. These are layouts that are on their way to sunny California to go on display at CHA for The Crafters Workshop using their brand new templates. You can see them at www.thecraftersworkshop.com

2CC February kit.

As always 2CC did an awesome kit for February. Here's what I did with it:







I also made the altered gameboard with this kit for my MCC class. So the idea is to go to www.mycreativeclassroom.com and sign up for my class, then go to www.2croppincousinz.com and get the kit. You would want to be quick though, as the kits often sell out. In addition any 2CC board members who sign up for the class go in the running for a $15 gift voucher generously donated by the cousinz.

Don't forget that 2CC also have their DT call for 2008 open at the moment, but entries have to be in by Feb 6th.

My Creative Classroom - Grand opening

My Creative Classroom (MCC) has official kicked off this week. There is a whoel week of live chats, challenges, prizes and free classes. All you need to do is go to www.mycreativeclassroom.com sign up for the newsletter and you will receive an email with the enrolment key for the classes.

While you are there please check out my first couple of classes starting in February. One i already announced a few posts ago, and the other one is this:


It is made with the February kit from www.2croppincousinz so you are getting a little sneak peek there. The cost is $20 and also includes extra samples and tips on using the kit which can be purchased separately through 2CC.

I am not a photographer by any stretch of the imagination, but I have been trying to get a few photos of the boys the last few days. I am also no good at photo shop, so you will probably see a lot of things wrong with these.










Don't forget to check out my new class from my previousl post. My Creative Classroom are holding some free classes during the launch week at the end of January. You just need to make sure you are registered on the site to participate.

Exciting News

After months of work, I am finally able to offer my first class at My Creative Classroom. It is an advent style countdown Calendar that can be customised for any occassion for use throughout the year. All the details are on the website at www.mycreativeclassroom.com but here is a teaser for you here:


Enrollment is open right now, and I would really love to see lots of people come over and at least check it out, but better still sign up.(pretty please) I will be adding more classes soon. If you are interested, all you have to do is be sure to register for the site (free) then look under courses. You can look for my class in altered art, but as time goes by and I add more, you can simply use the search function for my name. Under my course desciption, you will see a "buy it now" button that will take you to paypal.

In case you are wondering, anyone can do this class, no matter where in the world you are. It is also suitable for all skill levels. Even if you are not a scrapbooker, you can do this class!
