On the plus side it does mean that Heartfelt Creations Wednesday has rolled around already. I am especially excited about this one because new release day... AND it's all about sunflowers!!! I adore sunflowers, and I am so pleased that Heartfelt have done such an amazing job putting this collection together. I would have been devestated if it hadn't been awesome, but of course, that was never really going to happen. Anyway, not only does this release have Sunflowers, but also butterflies. Another one of my favourite things.
There are gorgeous stamps of course, plus a die to make gorgeous sunflowers (Yay!!) and the die is an all in one die, making it super easy to cut lots of blossoms at once.
Here is my first of many projects using this collection. I got the easel from the local $2 store.
I was so happy to get this collection that I have already used it for a commission piece in Australian Scrapbook Ideas to be on the lookout for that, plus I will be using it in a workshop I will be teaching soon here in Brisbane. It's not been announced yet, so I can;t tell you any more than that, but it is a kit class, using these papers to make an off the page project. The rest of the papers as well as the die and stamps will also be available for sale both from me, and through A Crafter's Passion. Let me know if you are interested and I will make sure you get the details when it is announced.
I'm not even sure I can choose a favourite from the designers this week. I really like how Karan has made her sunflowers with a white ink, and Sandra's birdhouse is so sweet, and there is something about Loretta's design will all the same size sunflowers that really gets my attention. Make sure you pop over the have a look at all of the projects here.
