This past week, I had this new project up on the Ruby Rock-It blog. This was made with the new Year in Review from the Essence range. This range is perfect for putting a whole year album together quickly and easily. It comes with co-ordinating stickers and alphabets too.

I also had these cards on the blog a little while ago using the new Empire Bebe line from the Essence collection. This collection is designed as a project life style of line with stacks of co-ordinating cards, journaling pieces, stamps, embellishments and more.

Another Heartfelt Creations share

This week for the Heartfelt Creations blog I have created a layout. This photo was taken in the Sydney Qantas lounge as we were on our first visit back to New York with Amelie who was just 8 weeks old at the time.

I really love the suitcase die in this collection, it's so cute. I also really like how the sentiments die from the Once Upon A Time collection fits so many of the other collections as well.

As always be sure to check out the blog for all the work by the other designers. There are lots of cards this week, including one especially gorgeous one by Liz Walker. Not only is there a heap of inspiration, but also step by step instructions for every project. There is also a great new instructional video.

Happy Easter

I hope everyone has had a great and safer Easter. We got a bit carried away doing yard work, so I am a little late getting these uploaded.

These projects were created for Memory Maze Chipboard. I'm really proud of this first piece though, so I am very excited to share it.

This began as a wire Easter egg ferris wheel that I found at Woolworths of all places.

I teamed it with some gorgeous Graphic 45 papers and of course some Memory Maze chipboard and flowers to create this fun centre piece.

I created the box frame at the bottom from plain sheets of chipboard. The sides were covered in punched strips of patterned paper.

Next up is a fun pic from my children's Easter egg hunt from last year. I have again used Graphic 45 papers for this layout. For the background, I swiped some gesso, then sprinkled glitter embossing powder. Once heat set, I sponged ink over the hexagon stencil.

Finally I have a layout of my boys from their Easter hat parade this year. Kyan is getting a little older now, so we went with a Minecraft themed hat. Being a boy layout, I went a bit grungy this time.

Celebrate the journey with Heartfelt Creations.

Wednesday again already. My holidays are going way too fast. At least I have some new work to share. This is up on the Heartfelt Creations blog today. I love the Raindrops on Roses die...it goes with everything. I have used a background stamp on this one which has been embossed in pewter.

Make sure you check out the blog to see the giveaway winner from last week, and especially scroll down to see two incredible beyond the page projects from  Kathy Clement and Joanne Jamieson-Larkin among all the usual stunning pieces from the whole design team.

Make sure you come and look again tomorrow as I have an Easter project for Memory Maze that I can't wait to share.

Heartfelt Creations invites you to “Celebrate the Journey” with this classic travel-themed collection.  Whether you are traveling around the world or around the block, you will find papers, stamps and dies to document your life’s adventures.  The coordinating stamps and papers feature maps, compass roses, bicycles, hot air balloons, vintage suitcases, boarding passes and postcards. The clever Luggage and Tag die even creates a delightful 3-D suitcase! Soft hues of light green, deep teal, pink and rose merge with subtle, neutral backgrounds that are richly layered with beautiful fonts, flourishes and focal images.  “Celebrate the Journey” is just the ticket for both masculine and feminine projects, the perfect traveling companion for all of life’s journeys great and small.

Leave a comment on the Heartfelt Creation blog by April 15th and you will be entered to win the entire collection valued at $180.00.

I especially love the die with this collection. It is so clever and the hot air balloon images in the papers are really cute. Perfect for both travel and masculine themes.

Tick Tock!!!

Yep, it's Heartfelt Creations reveal time again. I really love how this one turned out. It's a bit of a shame actually to see it head off to the States. I think I will be making another clock soon to stay on my own wall. I have used the Once Upon a time collection for this one.

I strongly suggest you check out the Heartfelt Creations blog if you haven't already. The Design Team have really done an outstanding job this week. I don't normally single out projects, but I am really loving what Penny O'Dell has made, and of course, the great part about the blog is that every single project has full instructions for you to make it yourself.
